For Family Studies I need to make a scrapbook, right? And the problem with it is like, I need to pick an object to represent my relationship with each person :|

And that involves creativity. Something I do not possess.

Also, I’m wondering if I’ll put mah New Mexican Twin in it…prolly not ’cause I don’t want EVERYONE being like “OMFG what a freak she talks to people online.”

A certain one of my friends already does that, and it’s really annoying. :|

So last year my sister had an Ancient Greek project to do.

And she used a Trifold board.

And it was really pretty, and black.

And even though I spent the WHOLE FUCKING DAY that day telling her and my dad “Don’t glue anything on it so we can use it again!” Do you know what they did with it?!

YEAH!

And you know what?

Now I have an English project that is worth 10 % of my grade. And I need a Trifold. And I have to used the glued-on one.

It’s not even white where you can peel the stuff off and it won’t look like you did anything to it. It’s fucking black.

And my stupid parents are too fucking cheap to buy another one. Dad told me to paint it or cover it with Bristol board. DOES HE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW STUPID THAT WOULD LOOK!?!?!

Ugh. They’re so annoying. It’s not like I’m asking for something recreational, this is critical to my life since my English teacher hates children.

I wish my sister would have listened to me. FUCK(once for good measure.)

mission.

Today I went on a secret ninja mission.

My accomplices? Derek, Ian, and Rose.

Here’s what happened:

We were going to go see Valentine’s Day, but it got changed to Cop Out since Aisha had already seen V-Day. I told my dad we were going to just go to the theater at 4:30 and pick a movie then, but he wouldn’t have it and as it turned out the only movie that started between 4:30 and 5 was Cop Out(and the Crazies, but we didn’t want to see that and it’s 18A). He mentioned in passing that I was specifically not allowed to see Cop Out and I’d better work something out with Kavita.

So I texted her and told her we were going to pull our ninja mission: I was going to go over to her house at 3:30 instead of 4:00 and I was going to pretend we were going to see Valentine’s Day at 4:10. I was scared that he was going to go in and talk to Kavita’s mom, but he literally turned to me when we were in the driveway and said “if anyone asks, I met Kavita’s parents. I don’t want to get out of the car.” So, epic win there.

Then I went in and I hung out, and I called my dad at 4, because he told me to call when we were going into the theater and our mission movie started at 4:10, so it made sense. I wouldn’t forget…so I had to call, right? It worked, we went to the theater. Derek stole my iPod. He wouldn’t give it back :’(

We got tickets and stuff. Derek did the brown thing and stole like, a handful of napkins xD

We watched the movie. It was really funny in a disgustingly wrong way. We kept switching between the popcorn and Fuzzy Peach, and I accidentally ate half the popcorn without realizing it.

Derek’s mom picked us up. We went to get his sister. Derek and I played an epic game of Dots, but for some reason I kept missing the obvious and failed. Twice. Actually, the two times I was winning, he went and restarted it(You suck for that.). So yeah. Then his sister got in and we all had to squish in the back except for her. Then he was letting me win and I told him to stop and he said that they were actually orange squares(I was blue) and that I was blind, hence the glasses. Wah. Then I got home and my dad freaked out because I called my mom instead of him when we were on our way back.

At least I have his iPod :) (Derek’s, I mean)

MISSION: ACCOMPLISHED.

Today was a bad day.

I am sick.

I have embarrassed myself consecutively multiple times.

I think that was bad grammar.

I finished my chocolate.

I have a crapload of homework.

And I want to bash my head against the wall.

Just thought I’d let you know I was alive…and well, I guess.

Oh, and I realized that smiling makes you feel good but the second you stop the feeling goes away. I feel like a freak if I keep smiling though.

WARNING: If you lecture me on how they’re my parents and I should love them I will rip your head off. Metaphorically. Multiple F-Bombs ensue. 14 to be exact.

Valentine’s Day and Family Day. I hate them both.

Saturday.

We’re supposed to go to the movies and see The Lightning Thief to celebrate my report card. My parents start fighting because my mom’s really stupid and egocentric and thinks that the world is ending because we couldn’t hear her call us(ahem, I was on the phone, dad was on the phone, sister’s in “iPod on full blast 24/7″ phase. You’d have to be pretty fucking stupid to get that mad over it). Since we were right about to leave, my dad takes us to the theater. Before I leave my mom goes on one of those rants(you know, like in movies, where the crazy person does this talking-to-selves-then-yelling-at-selves-rant monologue) and so I yell at her to get the fuck over herself. I think you can tell which words I excluded. She yells at me about how it’s not her fault at all.

Because obviously when you’re going out to celebrate your daughter’s achievements you should have a fucking fit because someone didn’t hear you. Not like she was dying. Nothing to get over at all, right?

We get in the car.

She comes outside.

She opens the car door and yells at my father about h0w he’s influencing me(I CAN FUCKING THINK FOR MYSELF, HOLY SHIT) and slams the door. I swear if she had slammed it on my sister’s finger I would have fucking punched her.

So we go to the theater.

Mom calls my cell. I’m fucking scared to answer it, so my dad calls her back. They yell and words are exchanged I think she threatened to call the police and say he abducted us. We’re his fucking children too, you fucking knew that we were going. Fuck you.

We’re forced to go home. We spend the night miserable. She’s a bitch and we all hate her.

She yells at me during dinner and cuts me off in the middle of my sentences so it looks like I’m giving her no consideration. For example(guess which words and phrases I eliminated):

“You guys are always fighting, like every fucking week! And you–” just aggravate the situation no matter what dad says. I mean really, he’s a guy and guys do stupid things, and it’s supposed to be us going out to celebrate my achievements but you were too fucking stupid to let go of your ‘everyone’s out to get me’ mindset, you selfish bitch.

Yay. Dad, sister, and I watch luge and skiing.

Sunday.

Valentine’s Day.

Eh. Spend the day like “normal.” I guess.

Dad is annoyingly persistent about talking about divorce. I tell him to go away, that I’ve heard this so many times that it’s a fucking joke. He’s still annoying and every time I go up the stairs or turn on the computer he asks what I’m doing. Nervous habit, I suppose.

Dad offers to take us to Lightning Thief. I take shower. Dad asks mom if she wants to go. Mom has fit because apparently he should have asked earlier so we don’t have to wait for her. Like we would have cared, we have iPods and TV, stupid.

It’s a good thing she doesn’t come. We waited in the line for 10 minutes and then ate, and if we’d waited for her we would have been too late.

In the car, dad rants a little bit. We feel sorry for him. I’d divulge more, but…

Movie starts at 10:15.

Movie is good. Someone texts me in the middle. I have a sneaking suspicion it is Derek because he’s the only one who’d be up and texting that late. It is. But that’s not important and does not contribute to the gloom and doom of this post because he’s funny.

We come home.

Monday.

Mom uses “I hate my husband and older daughter” excuse to make banana muffins with sister.

I spend day reading, writing, talking.

Sister and watch some of Cheaper by the Dozen 2.

Mom is yelling at dad.

I can hear her even with my speakers on a screamo song at full fucking volume.

Consensus: My mother needs a psychiatric evaluation, my dad’s just a guy, poor thing, and it’s a fucking miracle my sister and I are even halfway normal.

I officially have 4 High School credits. Only 26 to go! (28 since my mom doesn’t want me to take spares in grade 12)

Here bes mah gradeseses:

Science– 86%. Although it dropped and my parents are sad, I’m happy with it because I hate science, and electricity makes no freaking sense sometimes. Could’ve been better but oh well.

Gym– 88% again, dropped, but it’s GYM. I did awesome in GYM. Beat all of the boys’ class too, though they say it’s because their teacher marks harder(pfft.)

Geography– 89%! This is awesome! although my learning skills spelled EGGSS. My parents didn’t mind so much because it was so funny :)

Music– 91! :D :D :D The best part is, if they haven’t added the 5% that I get from IWE, then it goes up to a 96. Even then, I think they did add it, and I’m still really happy.

Someone messaged me today. They sound like they’re still putting on an act.

Today at lunch I got someone mad at me. But I swear, I didn’t do anything wrong. I was trying to help the both of us. And if everyone hadn’t been PMSing lately, it wouldn’t be so bad.

(by everyone I do mean everyone.)

what happened was, we were doing Reach for the Top(think Jeopardy) and you’re allowed to say the answer before the question is finished, but my friend knew the package so well she’d answer before even 2 words were read. So I had to keep asking what the question had been so that I would know.

I asked her if she could please just wait until at least the middle of the question. Then she basically told me I was having a spaz attack. So I got mad. Because when people tell me I’m doing something I’m not, well, I’m gonna get mad. All I did was ask a freaking question!

And then she just kind of started sulking and stuff and going on about how she just won’t answer questions and how I told her not to answer questions(um, no). I didn’t say anything after just because I didn’t want to make it worse :| I don’t think I did anything wrong though, tbh. (let me know what you think?)

Sometimes I listen to music. But a lot of my slow songs have random electric guitar bursts, so that doesn’t happen. Um…so, surf web on iPod, attempt to fall asleep to music, stay up thinking, fall asleep, wake up tired. Oh, and I sleep on my right side, and usually wake up lying on my stomach with one hand under my head and one close to falling off the bed.

Redemption is possible for small things. Sometimes it isn’t. Murder. Rape. Etc.

My dad singing, and no, there’s nothing scarier, except maybe my mom having a fit.

Broke my arm in preschool. Some kid pushed me.

To make it through high school alive, because I don’t really want to make it through high school dead.

Oh, the projects I have in line for you all! But you don’t want to hear about that just now. So I’ll talk about my first day of semester two:

Go to first period class, get your 6 billionth updated timetable, go to first period class. Nothing to say here =|

First Period–French. Eep. My french teacher scares me. He kept going on and on about how we are not here to have fun, we are here to learn, and we are not going to have fun, and you can’t talk and stuff. He also started yelling about how marks are the most important thing ever and you’re “not just here to learn French.” (where have I heard the exact opposite before?) Then he made us write a paragraph(“No more than two. I don’t wanna read three, I don’t wanna see four or five. No more than two.“), so I wrote about how French was easy because we did a lot of group projects and fun stuff and class discussions. Which is true, so I wasn’t trying to make him feel bad, but it’s still funny. We had to stand up and tell everyone our timetable. Weird right? At the very least, Ted, and the girl who calls him Ted(one of the two) are in that class sitting near me :) I also hate this class because it’s on the other side of the school from my locker, and then I have to run to Family Studies on the same side of my locker.

Second Period–Family Studies. My teacher’s awesome :) We played that bingo thing where you go around and find a different person for each of the criteria (ie. “someone who has a pet”<—ME!). Most of us failed because some people went under multiple headings where nobody else would fit. I got 6/15, but the most was 9. Anyways, then the teacher gave us 4 jelly beans each and for each colour you had to say something about yourself(ie, green was for “I’m jealous of…”) Leslie and I traded because I didn’t have an embarrassing moment and she isn’t sure about her future. I said that I was jealous of athletes because I’m not co-ordinated, I want to be a psychologist, my favourite vacation was going to Montreal, and my favourite memory was last year’s Valentine’s Day Dance Study Hall and The Most Epic Game Of Truth Or Dare Ever :D Then the teacher talked, a couple of my friends went on about how boring it was, I didn’t think it was at all though.

Period Three–Lunch. The cafeteria. It’s crowded. Sat with mostly the same people as last semester plus a couple others, but there was like NO space.. We watched as the Student Council attempted to put up a banner(Superbowl Day…do I care? No.), and pretty much wasted lunch. I finished my Family Studies student information sheet, and was told “OMG DON’T BE A NERD!!!!” In a very frantic voice by my friend, but I finished it in like 30 seconds. We wasted the time away and my friend and his girlfriend sat in front of us. They’re cute =)

Period Four–Math. I’m going to hate this class. The main reason being that the guys are really annoying. They spent the whole period talking about the most perverted things. Even Dev would have been sickened. We got work here, but it was easy. Integers and such. We got back into the God debate for no reason. Stop tryna force your beliefs on me, holy crap. If only Smalljohn had been there. He would have killed their stupid arguments. I got really lazy and starred all the problems I would do at home. When I got home, I realized most of the work was really easy(ie 12/6), so I figured I must’ve been getting tired or something.

Period Five–English. Man, was this a confusing one. First we went to the class on our schedule, they sent us to another class, who sent us to another class. We went downstairs to the office and they sent us to another class. Was really funny though because the vice-principal was telling our new teacher over the phone that she shouldn’t tell “the other one” these things, she meant the other VP. Oh, laughs. People get a “bad feeling” about this teacher, but she seems alright to me. We went over the course outline, and we have to read a sci-fi book :| According to my bookshelf, I don’t like sci-fi. Oh well.
